Crocus ‘Pickwick’

Tiny Lilac Pinstripes are Crisp and Elegant!

Even the foliage is striped!

‘Pickwick’ is a Giant Dutch Crocus — lilac striped with white — often appearing in snow to chase winter away. Giant Dutch Crocus blooms are the largest of all Crocus, 2 to 4 inches wide. They’re ideal to line pathways and accent entrances to homes or buildings. They bring a burst of cheer each spring when naturalized in the woods, planted in garden groupings, or grown under trees and shrubs; also ideal for pots and window boxes. Wayside’s Giant Dutch Crocus will bloom for decades, forming attractive colonies that dot the landscape with rich and bright color just when you’re looking forward to it the most. Top quality, 9- to 10-cm bulbs, you can count on them to produce 3 to 6 flowers per bulb. Excellent for forcing indoors, these bulbs placed in a handsome planter make great gifts for late winter and early spring holidays! For the best display outdoors, plant no more than 2 to 3 inches apart.
